Monophobia (or Autophobia), is the fear of being alone or lonely. Being alone, even in a usually comforting place like home, can result in severe anxiety for people with this condition.

People with monophobia feel they need another person or other people around in order to feel safe. Captured at various public markets and locations, these recordings contain 3D ambient soundscapes of shoppers, foot traffic, chatter, shopping carts and other usual populated sounds to help you feel a sense of community, contentment, and presence.
